It's been 1 month fluid accumulation is there. There is no pain, no fever and no discomfort but swelling is there. Around 60 ml fluid is there. Question: How much time after surgery seroma (serous fluid) get encapsulated?

Whenever I go to doctor My BP increases to around 145/90. So in fear of High bp problem I bought a BP Monitor (omron HEM-7120) , And I measure my BP at home daily it always shows 110-115/80, I also took readings of my other family members whose BP are normal and this machine shows around 115/80(normal) for them too.. So can I trust this bp machine...?
