I had ileostomy closure surgery on 05th Dec,2022(J pouch was created on 22nd August,2022,) I'm having fever since yesterday,temp of 100-101.3°F,I'm taking Dolo 650mg but the fever is not going below 99°F and coming back within 6 hours of taking the medicine Kindly check the report and tell me whether anything causing the fever is present in the report or not

Received below comments during my annual checkup(ultrasound). Wanted to understand if this is serious. "13.7 x 5.5 x 6.2 cm (approx. 200-250cc) predominantly cystic lesion in the region of the RIGHT psoas. Few isoechoic areas seen within the lesion. No vascularity seen in the isoechoic areas. This may represent an abscess."

Patient had three repeated HD Cather tube insertion in the same site on the same day. Does this cause sepsis. The surgery was done 27 days ago. And currently the patient has developed sepsis.
