My 14mm gallstone and multiple smallstones reduced to 4mm  after 12 days of discovery. Does 4mm gallstone and multiple small stones require surgery. Can you dissolve it. Will it dissolve on its own?

Hiii sir/madam iam suffering from left hand and leg  pain radiating to back and armpit pain.doctor tested mri spine the test shows it is cervical pain. from two days the pain is heavy .

Sir , around 1 month ago J was suffering from piles and fissure both. Doctor prescribed cremagel and laxative , so after one month today the size of the lump while defecating has been reduced and also there is inflammation sometimes while defecating. I am not able to find whether healing is taking place or not. Please anyone suggest or tell me what I have to do

My mother, 61y, weight- 54 kg has been diagnosed with umbilical hernia (usg report attached). Currently there is no pain. Does she need to go for surgery? If yes, what type of surgery will be good- laparoscopic or normal?

Open Umbilical Hernia Surgery done with the mesh. There is fluid around the mesh. I have attached one report please tell me where the mesh is located? Is the mesh after Subcutaneous tissue or before peritonium or somewhere else?

I feel mild pain sometimes from last 2 years from right side of the chest under rib. I guess the pain started before some years during my worst cough but it is only a guess. I had general chest X ray too sometimes for some other reasons where doctors recommended it okay. Any guesses what can be the causes of this pain.
