I have itching and bleeding. So to stop it , I make a pad kind thing with cotton and gauze and keep it there after applying cream. Is it ok to do so or not?

Hi all, Yesterday One dog's toung touched in my son's finger open wound position. 3 months back (92 days back) my son's vaccinated with rabies vaccination from day 0, 3, 7, 28 the four days provided by govt hospital. The vaccination certificate attached below pls check the vaccination certificate and let me know again vaccination is required or not needed . Actually me and my son are very fearing this issue ?
