Umbilical hernia
Hi iam having mild hernia and going for open surgery is it fine to have a open type and how many days I have to take rest. After surgery will there be any complications.

Based on the institute/hospital you are getting operated... Laparoscopy is better in experience hands But where experience is less go with open surgery 15 days-1month rest Abdominal binder or belt Do not lift heavy weights or exert more For queries contact me
