Fibroadenoma
This is my fibroadenoma which is irregular shaped and the size is 1.4cm.
It was categorised as birads 3 in sept 2021 and after that I did multiple follow up USG and as per recent USG the size is still 1.4 cm.
Now I changed the radiologist and she categorised it as birads 4a due to its shape. Is it really possible to become malignant after being stable for 1.5 years?

Opinion on MRI result
Sir/ma'am
I had swelling in left thigh region, underwent mri pelvis after consultation with surgeon in nearby centre. The Mri report has 2 issues which are as follows:
1) Linear signal intensity seen in midline anterior perineum at 6 O'clock near root of scrotum extending posteriorly reaching the external sphincter, not crossing levator ani muscle, no communication with prostate, penile bulb or urethra - S/o fistula in ano, length of fistula 88mm
2) Multiple Bilateral inguinal lymph node are seen. Size of largest is 17mm*7.8mm .
Is this something serious? Is lymph node swelling due to cancer? I am worried help.
