I have a lump in my right breast and last year after doing mammogram and FNU dr said it is benign a non cancerous lump but now i have discovered similar tiny lump just below my armpits and above the previous lump

In Jan 2022, i went through laser piles and fissure surgery and it was successful. Then saw another doc in my town in March , he told it was a good operation. Then now in Oct last week bleeding happened and I went for checkup and hemorrhoids are active was told. I have arithritis too so surgeon told connective tissue disorder kind of thing. Is it something serious because even a year before piles came back after such a good surgery from a reputed hospital.

Is Nimesulide banned in India due to reported liver toxicity or it is still in use in some places ? Are Aceclofenac / Diclofenac a better choice ?

Can any doctor diagnose rectal prolapse just by looking at the anus through torch and asking to cough? If rectum does not come outside while coughing can he still diagnose it?

Gall bladder removed by open surgery on date 5 Feb 2022 but now pain in abdominal area after MRCP there is stone in mid of Common bile duct and proximal of biliary duct MRCP report attached please doctor suggest what should I do I dnt want operate it again can it resolve by medicine ??? क्या ऑपरेशन ही एक मात्र उपाय है

I have itching and bleeding. So to stop it , I make a pad kind thing with cotton and gauze and keep it there after applying cream. Is it ok to do so or not?

I had pain in the left underarms before , and i felt something . later it was diagnosed to be sebaceous cyst. i got it removed around 2 years back . since then i have pain in my left under arm region . left arm and breast are more sensitive compared to right . i usually dont feel the pain , but i have tenderness in the left under arm region .
