Welcome
Good afternoon
Your concern is
1. Severe constipation even after 4 days of gallbladder removal surgery.
2. Laxmilk is not working.
Next Steps
In this context I would like to suggest you to consult your surgeon and go for clinical history, clinical examination and per rectal examination to explore the cause of constipation.
1. If the rectum is loaded the manual evacuation and enematas are required
2. If the rectum is empty then further investigations are required.
Health Tips
Proper diagnosis of constipation and appropriate management accordingly
is required.
