Pud at surgery site
I had gall bladder surgery 2 months back. Among 4 sites 3 are ok but from 1 site pus was discharging I went for USG. There was a pin inside so doctor removed it and after 15 days also few drops of pus is coming sometimes, and new surgery site is not completely closed.

Since ther was a foreign body--pin inside, which was removed, there can be inflammation of the site. Please clean this site with sterile saline / betadine solution, and apply Fucidin ointment dressing daily. It should completely heal soon.

Good morning , since it’s already been two months since surgery and you still have the port site infection, that is, you are discharging pus and having pain at the site. It is recommended to follow up with the surgeon who operated and get regular dressings, an ultrasound, and a pus swab of that local site.

Since the surgery was 2 months ago and there is still intermittent pus discharge with incomplete wound closure, this should not be considered normal healing. The picture appears to show a small area of persistent wound inflammation/discharge.
Possible causes include a localized wound infection, stitch/foreign-body reaction, or a small sinus tract at the port site. The fact that a retained stitch/pin was already removed makes a local wound problem particularly worth reassessing.
I would recommend review by the operating surgeon or a general surgeon at the earliest. The wound should be examined directly, and further assessment such as an ultrasound or wound culture may be considered depending on the examination.
Until reviewed, keep the area clean and dry and avoid squeezing or probing the wound.

Clinical photo looks like ..port site infection.
Needs to do one usg local part .. antibiotic and if needed incision and drainage will require.
