Hi i have this facial asymmetry where my right side of the face is so fat and has a very low profile weak jawline and sublimental fat in the neck as well. while my left side of the face looks normal and has a better profile. I've been so conscious about this for a very long time. What procedure would be best to make changes to my right side of the face to make it appear like my left side.

Whenever I raise and touch in armpit area it feels hard and sharp pain with it, I have common cold symptoms too. Whenever any movement made by right arm it hurts in armpit area.
