Fistula in ano
I have been diagnosed with fistula in Ano .
intersphincteric fistula - 2 cm - grade 1
There are two doctors
1 - Mbbs - Ms surgery - 37 years experience
( Can meet him twice a week and will have to travel far for a post surgery appointment)
2 - Ms shalya - Ayurvedic doctor 5-7 years experience .
( Genuine person and very accessible for dressing if required )
Both suggest fistulectomy .
I am not sure which one to go for because I don't know how much dressing is difficult after surgery and for post surgical appointments .
Can someone guide ?
