Symptoms Breathing pause when sleeping Nasal congestion from last 1 year No snoring Eye itching or burning I have anexity of health Consultation of pulmonologist and ENT Dr done ENT doctor said it's GERD Pulmonologist said allergic rhinitis I asked is this sleep apnea for both of them after examining my lungs , ear, throat, neck they said no  it's not sleep apnea Please suggest

It's not breathing pause. It's nasal congestion obstruction and suffocation leading to mouth breathing. Your pulmonologist and ENT doctors are right. Relieve you nasal congestion with nasal drops , antihistaminics or steroid nasal spray if required.
