I had fissure lase surgery one month ago. I was healing but after 15 days the fissure was exposed again. Now I am taking cremaffin 8-10 ml daily. Can I take cremaffin 10 ml for 2 months so that my fissure heals permanently and later I can switch to isabgol. Is there any side effects of Cremaffin if I take for long period like 2 months?

I had a fistuloctomy performed for 11'o clock fistula in ano. I have been healing for 2.5 months. Since past 10 days, I saw a pimple on the wound itself. It's sensetive to touch but there is no discharge. My surgeon says it's nothing. Wound is completely healed. But I m kind of scared. And what is that pimple for?

Hi dr I noticed this hard ball oval shaped lump under my hand upper arm above elbow area I have no other symptoms It's doesn't pain I can see a slight bulge on my skin The bulge is not very evident I do little weight lifting I have stopped gym since a month as I'm busy What is it Is it lipoma ? From last 3 yrs I have been seeing red and dark red spots in my stool. I have no pain while passing the stool. I have done stool occult blood test on 2 alternative days. It came negative. Should I need to perform any other test FIT? Or consult a gastroenterologist physically?

Will crp range decrease body weight also get decreased? Initially body weight is 68 and crp level is 117 But now body weight is 61.5 and crp level is 59

I was treated with antibiotics 7 months ago for h.pylori and gastritis ...after four months I have developed severe indigestion and loss of appetite...I had taken too much stress during treatment ... sometimes I feel anxiety also ... My questions are -1.I lost my appetite for using antibiotics ? Or 2. Anxiety is the reason?

Hi doctor, I have periodic blood issue in my stool. It comes in very very little amount after every 15 20 days gap 2 months back, i realised that anus outer area is bit swell...but i ignored it with time Yestetday, when i was checking anus area for same swelling, i saw red color part inside anus when i opened anus I am worried...about this red part...
