Sigmoidoscopy report
I had sigmoidoscopy on 17th Jun 2023..That time also ulcer was there near anastomotic site and biopsy showed active ileitis..In CT scan there is asymmetrical polypoidal thickening near anastomotic site..
Took antibiotic Orni O for 5 days and tab 14 tabs of probiotic VSL#3
My symptoms are -Wt loss,blood and mucus from stools,low grade fever daily(Max 99.8°F)
Had sigmoidoscopy with biopsy on Wednesday(both reports attached)
Please tell me why is the ileitis still active,also what needs to be done for the above mentioned symptoms
