Hi Doctors, Yesterday I felt a small lump in my armpit and when I press it there is fluid and pus coming out of it. And today I was worried and pressing it regularly whether it is movable. White bumps near the anus

I have 2-3 small white painless bumps and some colourless tiny bumps in one side near my anus. It doesn't itch anything. However, there is one white bump I have noticed has grown in size. Accessory muscle on right side

I have unbearable chest pain (under breast) for last 2 years.HRCT detected accessory muscle along the sternum on right side.
