Mild Fissure problem since long time.
Ive been suffering from fissure. Consulted surgeon,told its mild fissure. But its been continued since few months. Tried sitz bath ,stool softeners -cremaffin plus, nulactol and applied 2 ointment -xylocaine 5%ointement and now Diltigesic 2% Gel is going on. Still there is mild burning sensation for 5-7 min after stool and after long sitting in day there is mild discomfort. What is reason and genuine solution ?
