My son swallow metal ball on Thursday. I go hospital in 5 min. doctor ne x-ray liya but vo already stomach mai gaya so say ki natural process se nikal jayega but today is Sunday no pass off. I check properly. Today maine new x-ray liya vo right abdomen mai pelvic side hai upper side. Please give me suggestions already four day gone

Give some anti constipating agents like isabgol and looze syrup .. If there is no passage of gas and stools, surgery may be required

If there are symptoms of non passage of stool and flatus that may be obstructed,If not wait n repeat XRay see the position,If its changing than that might come out.If obstructed you need to go for Surgery.
