3 Blisters on after burn
Yesterday my 4 yr old daughter having small blisters in 3 fingure.Dr suggest two ointment sliver nitrate and colloid silver.Please suggest which ointment is best and what happen when blister is break. What we applied and precautions when blisters are break. Please give your valuable advice.

For adults this would not be an issue.. for children it's better you send a photo to evaluate properly... Silver nitrate or colloidal silver .. doesn't matter much.. the blister is usually sterile and it needs to be ruptured under sterile conditions and the skin left as such .. like a dressing.. but if it breaks and it's removed. No need to worry.. just apply the silver ointment and maintain normal hygiene

Is the blisters are due to burns ? If they are due to burns wait for 3 days then if the blisters are not reducing then we need to break the blisters to look for underlying infection . If not due to burns they need to be aspirated and the fluid is send for culture and sensitivity followed by pressure bandage

Let the blisters rupture automatically, never try to rupture them mean while apply the ointment
