Usually for a burns injury after 48 hours patient wound may get infected discharging pus from the wound. Usual antibiotics and antiinflammatories should be used along with silverex heal ointment for local application.
Next Steps
daily clean the wound with normal saline and apply topical ointments.
Health Tips
high protein diet , regular hygiene , sugar control if the patient is diabetic .
