Skin wound issue lat 3-4 yr
My father is a fifty six years old with alcohoilc or eat tabaco, he has no diabetes, not have BP thyroid disease, he gets balck patch typ wound on leg in every rainy season with complaint of swelling,itching and bleeding.Please help us to diagnose it and treat it.And i also attached the picture of that wound... plz give me tretment to cure this at home and it will never get back in life

Hello, as per your history and looking at the photo. Your father has been suffering from varicose vein and the ulcer maybe due to that or there is a possibility of peripheral vascular disease affecting the arteries of lower limb.
Next Steps
perform an arterial and venous Doppler of lower limb to rule out vascular disease cause. consult a general surgeon with the Doppler report.

Likely having ulcers either due to ischemia or venous pressure Please do ultrasound DOPPLER FOR VENOUS SYSTEM and arterial system Also do coagulation profile
