I am a 39-year-old female. My recent blood tests showed: ALT (SGPT): 57.3 U/L (elevated) AST (SGOT): 43 U/L (elevated) Bilirubin, GGT, ALP, albumin and other liver parameters are normal. I do not consume alcohol and am not taking any regular medications. Nor had any viral infection Comparison with my December 2025 report: ALT was 16 U/L AST was 20 U/L (both normal) Other current results: HbA1c improved from 6.1% (Dec 2025) to 5.5% Fasting glucose: 90 mg/dL Triglycerides: 131.7 mg/dL HDL: 51.5 mg/dL Vitamin D: 39.49 ng/mL Ferritin: 25 ng/mL Thyroid and kidney function are normal. I have gained weight, especially around the abdomen, over the years and gained about 2 kg recently. Current weight 87 kg Could you please advise whether these liver enzyme elevations are concerning and whether I need repeat LFTs, an ultrasound, or any further evaluation? Thank you.

Hello doctor. I had completed my full Anti Rabies Vaccine (ARV) schedule earlier, with my last regular dose on 07/12/2025. Later, I took rabies booster doses on 06/03/2026 and 09/03/2026. I also received one additional ARV booster dose on 02/04/2026. About 9 days ago, while I was in my village, a small bat briefly touched my hand while flying past when I came outside at night. I felt a soft touch but did not clearly notice a bite or scratch at that moment. Later I noticed a small superficial scratch near my thumb and became worried that the bat may possibly have caused a minor unnoticed scratch or may have touched near an existing small wound. Today, while travelling on a bike under a tree, a few droplets fell directly into my eyes. I am worried whether the droplets could have come from a bat and whether this could pose any rabies risk.

Good evening doctor, I am suffering from health anxiety and continuous bp checking. Last 5 days my wisdom teeth aches due to wrong feeling during this time I use muscle relaxant for chronic pain. After 2 days I have severe pain and bp is around 170-160/105-95 for full day and go to other dentist he removed filling I got relief in pain after that same day  my bp is around 132-128 to 84-79 without any medicine and dentist gives my Amoxicillin 500 and declofanic pottasium paracetamol sp and dexona. After last 2 days my bp increase is around 160-154 to 104-95 without no reason. No teeth pain no fever. I am so much worried and confused. Today I measured bp about 100 times my bp all time in lying position is around 164-146 to 104-94 in normal position. Only few reading out of 100 show 135/86. What should I do so much worried. I do all low impact exercise yoga but nothing work for me. One more thing previously my bp is in range of 130-115 to 82-72 all time still normal position. please help

I was scratched and licked by a puppy on 15th February, 2025. I panicked and went to doctor. She prescribed to take Anti-Rabies vaccine on 0, 3, 7, 14 and 28th day. I took them all and my last vaccine was in March 2025. Today (1st, June, 2026) again one street dogs playfully bit me in my hand. Not blood just tiny reddish make. I came back home and cleaned the area with soap. Then went to a local doctor. He injected me Abhayarab intramuscular in my right arm deltoid region. Should I again take 5 injections? Taking injection will cause any issue? Does frequent rabies injection will cause rabies actually? Is Abhayarab safe? I heard there are fake Abhayarab in market and they have published the problematic batch number. Should I take booster dose only?

My father-in-law initially had pain in his lower back/waist area, for which we consulted a neurologist. After taking the prescribed medicines, the pain shifted to his knees/legs. Later, the pain again shifted back to his lower back. For the last 3–4 days, he has also been complaining of chest pain, which later spread to the abdominal area around the navel. Last night, he slept with pain around the navel and suddenly woke up with difficulty breathing. At that time, his face and eyes also appeared swollen. Today, he is still having breathing difficulty along with leg pain and abdominal discomfort.

Any supplement needed for iron i have seen physician they don't give any supplement is it required to take supplements my b12 also -220
