Hi,
I have seen the colonoscopy.
The last image shows a growth in the colon rectum area, which is a common cause of rectal bleeding.
Most such growths are benign polyps.
Biopsy is taken during colonoscopy to confirm if it is cancerous or not.
Please check your biopsy report that is the only way to be sure.
Treatment depends on the biopsy result
Feel free to consult for further guidance.👍

Looking at your colonoscopy images, there is a visible growth in the rectal area with active bleeding â this is exactly why the procedure was done and is a finding that cannot be dismissed. Whether this is benign (like a polyp) or malignant can only be confirmed through the biopsy that should have been taken during the colonoscopy. The growth's appearance needs to be interpreted alongside the histopathology report. At your age of 36, it is not common but colorectal growths can occur and must be evaluated urgently.
Next Steps
Please follow up with your gastroenterologist or colorectal surgeon with the biopsy report immediately â do not delay. Feel free to consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation once you have the biopsy results.
