My blood fasting sugar is 52.. And hbA1c is 5.10..kindly suggest why my fasting sugar is low..and my total cholesterol is 233

I have swollen lymph node for 16-17 days though I think It has reduced comparatively, muscle aches and pains and low grade fever that comes and goes, itchy throat and the fever only comes when my throat feels itchy and I cough, sometimes I do feel hot at night with sweats in my face and around neck though initially I don't feel hot while sleeping, is it a sign of night sweat? I read on Google that this could be something as Sinister as cancer, am scared. Pls reply.

Dear Doctors, For the past 6 months i am getting recurrent cold and scratchy throat sometimes feeling feverish too. I have consulted nearby doctor took nasal spray and allergy medicine. But still every 3 to 4 weeks i am getting upper respiratory infection easily. Kindly advise

Hi Doctors, I was checking my BP for the past 2 weeks it was very normal around 100/70, recent days I was very stressed because I have anxiety disorder, I checked my BP randomly it showed 150/110, I got scared.but the next morning it came to 120/80. It's been one year it started with my tired feet, then backpain, now my whole body as if I never sleepy and always tired even my eyelids are like this always sleepy and very tired and heavy, even light exercise maje my body ache, standing for long time makes my feet and calf muscle front and back hurts alot as if I exercise alot. Even when I dance my hands , shoulder everything get tired easily when I try to do the movements.
