My weight is 40kg..I have IBS...I eat simple..How can I increase my weight ? I feel very weak and low on energy..Blood tests are normal...I Don't have other issues...

Hello doctors I am having this problem since last 5-6 months yesterday i have gone for checkup my Thypi,thyroid,cbc,sgot and sonography everything is okay doctor has prescribed me medicine for 15 days Rcifox-200 mg, lyosel-Q and Zentel and he is saying if this condition does't improve from this tablet then i need to do SIGMIODOSCOPY i am very tensed right now i am attaching the pic pls help me and tell me what is this and what it can be Thanks Pls help

Hello sir and mam.1 month ago i have fever for 2 days and i completed  antibiotic course.after that from last 1 month i have Feverish feeling and body ache without fever in thermometer.my cbc is normal (done 2 times hemoglobin is 13.2 and 12.5),lft is also normal.esr is normal on 1 st day test.please advice why this is happening.currently eating ubicar and vitamin b tablet

I took primosa 500 tab two days before in night time and next morning when I woke up my forehead had a gadda on it and I don't my body was not feeling right and I don't know how to explain that to others coz I also don't know what is happening.. I don't have appetite and feel fatigue and today my head is spinning and blackout is happening please tell what should I do

I have got number of Mouth Ulcers on my Toungue and Inner Chick. Not sure is it because of my less water intake or anything else?I am having B complex regularly and having water also now but still its increasing.Please advise.

Hello, I had been diagnosed with PCOS in 2022, & had been wondering if I should meet a doctor to discuss about the syndrome. I did visit a Gyneac back then but she wasn't really interested to discuss much unless I was planning on becoming pregnant, which I wasn't. But I didn't really bother much about it then as the symptoms had significantly reduced (except for the hair fall) with a tablet that another doc had given me (Trexgen OvaHope). I had stopped taking this tab for a while & within 2 or 3 months my symptoms came back, so I started to take the tab again. But the symptoms were getting bad, like migraines, painful cramps, very quick weight gain, lot of hair fall and acne. I always get my period though, it is regular. But because of the symptoms, I took some tests. Could someone just go through it and let me know if I have Insulin Resistance or if anything is abnormal? I've attached the report. And let me know if I should I consult with an endocrinologist with my reports?

In having urinary bladder infection and colitis dr prescribed ciplox tz 2 tablets per day.. I have already had urticaria few yrs back and it gone after 2 months .. will it come back if I take this antibiotic?
