Hello, last year I received the full 5-dose anti-rabies vaccine after a minor scratch from my cat. A few days ago, I had another minor scratch. Given that I’ve already taken the full course twice in the past two years, do I need to take all 5 doses again, or is it still effective? Please suggest.

Since you have already received the full 5 dose anti rabies vaccine series within the last 2 years, you do not need to take the full course again. For re exposure, only 2 booster doses (on Day 0 and Day 3) are required.
Next Steps
Take 2 booster doses of the anti-rabies vaccine on Day 0 (the day of scratch) and Day 3.
keep the wound clean.wash it with soap and running water for atleast 15 minutes.
Health Tips
If future exposures occur within 3 months of these boosters, no further vaccine is usually needed.
