My age is 18 and I have Hypertension which is diagnosed in aiims bathinda and I have allergic rhinitis from earlier which medicine is i stop as it  did not effect me in summer but it start to show symptom as runny nose sore throat in September and I  take  Hypertension medicine Metolar TL 50 Dialy after food at morning and I want to take alternate medicine for allergic rhinitis which treat my allergic rhinitis.

I have Leg pain, sometimes muscle blinking, Gas in the evening (not everyday, 2 times in a weak), Mild heart burn sometimes, Foul taste/breath in the mouth, not sure but i feel there is mucus in throat as well, What can be reason for these symptoms? Is it dehydration? Which tests should be done? Iron, Magnesium, Electrolyte, CBC, LFT? My vitamin D & B12 are now normal after medication.

Since yesterday evening, I have been experiencing the following issues: • Loss of appetite (no feeling of hunger) • Sharp, pricking pain in the lower abdomen • Gas and bloating • Dry mouth • Yesterday evening, after drinking tea, I developed a burning pain in the stomach followed by vomiting • Since then, I continue to have abdominal discomfort, bloating, and dry mouth Kindly advise on possible cause and treatment.

I woke up with blocked nose and mild throat pain(only uncomfortable when swallowing) and also the temperature was 99 and reached till 101.9. As I have prebooked full body check up for today and got the above mentioned symptoms. I still went through giving sample for blood test. The results show that TSH is 6 where as T3,T4 are within the limits. Also ESR is comparitively high. CRP is also higher than mentioned intervals. Please suggest if this has anything to do with fever? Should I go for a retest after fews days once my fever is gone? Please help me understand. Thank you in advance
