I have very low Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 as per my reports. What medications should I take for that?

Sometimes when I am doing my work or walking I feel like my heart beat is skipping for secondaand I feel light bearthless ness and after rubbing I get burphs and gast out through mouth is it gastric problem or something with heart recently I have done echo and I came out normal thanks in advance

I had exposure with someone. After 90 days I tested I got negative for below 1. Hiv - RNA RT PCR , CMIA, ECLIA 2. HSV - negative for both Urine PCR and blood test 3. HBV panel test - all are negative 4. HCV - Rna RT PCR 5. Syphilis all are negative (3 test for syphilis) But positive for chylmadia Igm -  0.39 < 0.9 Igg - 1.88 > 0.9 And it's my first exposure (90 days before) Actually I had symptoms like eye, hand, leg tingling from 2nd week of exposure onwards till now. As I tested positive I got confirmation test for chylmadia urine PCR along with all bacterial PCR test ( Like gonneria, etc., another 8 different test) All of those are negative including chylmadia. And my doctor said ur previous chlamadia cured by its own. I said I have the symptoms till now and asked how. And again 135th day I tested all the above mentioned test . Again all are negative But igM of chylmadia - 0.72 < 0.9 IgG - 1.86 > 0.9 but PCR negative. And all mentioned above test also negative. what it is??

I underwent ecg today please let me know if it is normal or not. Are there any st elevations or depressions?

I got rabies vaccine day 0,3,7 missed day 14,took on day 34.Doctor told me to also take one booster dose on day 90.But day 0 was intramuscular and 3 and 7 were intra dermal.After taking each vaccine I came home and bathed around after 10-15 minutes of taking vaccine. I also rubbed my shoulder hardly that were the injection point.I am very much worried if those vaccine failed .Plz plz plz help me.Also on day 34 after vaccine,after 10-15 minutes I slapped that point hard 3-4times it was like a punch.Also jumped on bed with that shoulder.It also had an impact.I am very much afraid please help
