My tsh ultra sensitive is 6.68 I want suggestion that I have to take 37.7 or 50 mg medicine I m already taking 50mg

Are these values normal or towards problematic side? I have some symptoms n risk factors so i decided to get this test done as I am worried of getting blood clots Plz review it once -

I am following strict diet from past 2 months( bcz of high level of Sugar) no sugar no maida only vegetable , roti, and some dairy and sometimes lean meat and also started vitamin d supplement plus calcium and collegen supplements but from past 1 and half week I am experiencing lot pain in my right calf and little pain in joint of feet and ankle I did some test like crp and CBC vitamin d attaching reports with this query kindly guide.

I am a 35-year-old male experiencing cough, cold, weakness, muscle ache, mild eye and forehead pain for last 20 days. After completing a 5-day antibiotic course (Cetil CV 500, Zedex, Sinarest), my symptoms returned. My tests (CBC, LFT, KFT, USG, RH factor, B12)  show hepatomegaly with Grade 1 fatty liver, slightly high ESR (19), and direct bilirubin (0.32 mg/dL). I have a history of jaundice (2009), cholecystectomy (2021), and viral hepatitis E (2024), along with mild seasonal rhinitis. Could you help me understand what I might be suffering from, whether my liver condition is concerning, and what further tests or treatments you recommend?

Ultrasound report says:- *Diffuse subcutaneous edema noted in right cheek region - suggestive of cellulitis. *Cervical lymphadenopathy as described - infective etiology. Pls give your suggestion.

I am getting throat infection and cold 10 days once. Sometimes it's only blocked nose and stays for 2 days. Some days it's throat irritation with cold and stays for 4 to 5 days not sure why it's happening from feb
