⢠Eat small soft meals like khichdi, soup, or fruits instead of heavy meals
⢠Rest in a quiet room and avoid screen exposure if headache increases
What to Monitor
⢠Frequency and severity of headaches
⢠Persistent vomiting or inability to eat or drink
⢠Associated symptoms like fever, dizziness, vision changes
Management
⢠You may take paracetamol 500 mg for relief from headache if needed
⢠For nausea, domperidone or ondansetron may be prescribed, but should be taken only after medical consultation
⢠If symptoms persist beyond 2 to 3 days, further evaluation including blood tests may be required
