My wife is 4 weeks pregnant, facing some discharge and bleeding from last 3 days alongwith lower abdomen and back pain. I have attached her TVS Pregnancy report herewith. Could you please kindly check the report and advice please.

I was having fever for last 3 or 4 days so I went to the doctor, he did all the tests and my haemoglobin was 20.3 and BP was 196, sir please guide me.

In the evenings I feel dizzy and breathless sumtimes ...then next morning I m fine ....it mostly happens in the evening after 7 or 8..its happening from few weeks and everyday ....is this anxiety related ? Because I used to take nexito plus for anxiety ...now I have stopped it even though doctor had asked to continue ...

Hi All, There is a pain between my thumb and index finger when I try doing exercises like push ups or when I do to take hold of anything the pain come up and goes within seconds what is it what to do

I went for washroom and was sitting on the toilet seat. I felt a strong pressure and pain for a second when i started to deficate...i stopped and i felt uneasiness...than i suddenly came to senses and found my phone on the floor and me still sitting on seat. I do not know how that happened and than a slowly went out and sat on bed and i could hear ringing sound which slowly subsided. I am scared please let me know what to do.

Me started a normal mild headache sometimes from day 4th of Viropil Pep Medicine it's 14th day of medicine viropil Today Sometimes headache come and sometime solve own It's like little bit heavy feel head This headache started from 4th day of medicine It's hiv symptom? It is for the son. Since last five days his fever has gone max 101.4and have given him crocin after that two times in five days only. Cough, sore throat and body ache were there first two days only. Now fever is less than 99 today. I have given him papaya leaves and Amala garlic juices. What should we check. CBC report conducted on 7th and 10th September enclosed. Please check special reference to WBC Platelet count and remarks by pathologist regarding platelet count. Hello doc, 4 moth ago, i went to doc for chest pain and palpitation issue..I got xray and ecg done  ..xray report was normal and ecg was showing sinus tachycardia with hr 121 bpm. is this normal or anything serious? I'm also attaching the report..i also did thyroid profile test..my thyroid profile was normal..but blood test report shows very low vit d (4) and also low b12..so doc give me vit d tablets and some other calcium protein tablets and doesn't show any concern regarding my ecg report and said palpitation is mainly because of vit d deficiency and my anxiety( I have severe health anxiety)  after taking medicine, my palpitation and pain are gone..but i still have concern regarding my ecg report as I have severe health anxiety, I am scared of disease and after google I take a lot of stress even after doctor say it's all fine..so can you please tell me that my reports are normal?

I have been having issues since 10-13 days of sore mouth, white and red tongue, dryness inside mouth. also feel inside mouth have burstness and crackness but not ulcers. in throat sometimes feel little pain. today observe one  tiny red spot in tongue also. please help what is this actually. also I m feeling weakness in body and low motivation. please sugegst
