In having urinary bladder infection and colitis dr prescribed ciplox tz 2 tablets per day.. I have already had urticaria few yrs back and it gone after 2 months .. will it come back if I take this antibiotic?

If vaccination is being given by hospital as per vaccination program which includes polio as well do we need to take additional polio vaccine every month which is given by government local body

I am having pain from my upper middle of abdomen to right lower chest. Pain occurs in the chest during the moment and breathing and this pain travels to the back while two wheeler driving. I am also having a burning sensation in the middle  lower right abdomen after having food. I am suffering from hiatus hernia and I have done abdomen ultrasound which was normal. So time pain occurs in right middle of chest and I feel smoky smell, I have visit pulmonary few month back he get the chest xray done suggest this could be sinus problem. Which doctor should I visit and which test i should go through.

I have stomach pain 2 week ago doctor he suggested urin and LFT. Test now 2-3days I have cold and fever with chiles

Its been close to 6-7 months on and off since i have been dealing with one sided weakness- most prominently in my right hand and right foot- feels weak, strained n mildy numb. Started in june- mri brain done- WNL.. Then again in october- mri done + carotid doppler- WNL Neurologist gave many meds but no improvement.. what to do? He says it could be cervical as well As back nerves compression Please offer me some suggestion for treatment, or why is it happening?

Respected doctors, My uric acid was 8 docotor given febustat 40mg for 1 month daily, but, after 20 days course I checked my levels went to border range too low 3.8 , should I continue or stop it pls confirm . If I stop it raises suddenly? Or should I lower dose for next few days 20mg instead of 40mg. Pls help me.

Is it necessary for a doctor to have a clinic to consult on practo? Or can a dr consult here without even a clinic? If a clinic is necessary Is anyone willing to colab?

Respected sir/madam, My mom ,P.N.Mani MRI report reads " l4 l5 posterior annular tear . diffuse disc bulge causing moderate spinal canal stenosis and bilateral inferior neural foraminal stenosis" and her nerve conduction report shows Demyelination and lumbar radiculopathy more on right side and decreased nerve conduction of sural nerve,tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve on right side and decreased sural nerve conduction on left side .She could not walk without support especially outside and there is no grip when she walks on  footwear .Could you please help her with medications/steroids or for further treatment guidance?A neurologist suggested methyl prednisolone steroid mepresso 8 mg.Could she use it ? She is non diabetic,but has high BP, bronchitic asthma, distended bladder and sensitive stomach.

I have hypothyroidism and i take 75mcg of thyronorm medicine and im planning to add magnesium supplement for the stress and overall benefits of it. Firstly is it okay to take magnesium at night while im still taking thyroxine sodium tablets in the morning. Also please suggest a good magnesium bisglycinate for me.
