I took prednisolone for 2 months by slowly tapering off .After stopping I did not face any problem. Is it possible to have the effect 8 weeks after stopping like insomnia and fatigue

Since the last 3 days, I’ve had left arm and left chest pain (mainly while getting up or moving) and a burning feeling in the center of the chest at rest, along with some dizziness. Serial ECGs normal, high-sensitivity Trop I undetectable, TMT (13 METs) n echo normal one week prior. Done CT coronary angio 6 months ago, though unsure about scan quality since bit high rate during test No diabetes or smoking. LDL 120, HDL 44, Lp(a) 5, hs crp-2.23 Currently on Pantop-D and nerve med but symptoms still persist. Could this be related to nerve, gastric, or cervical spine issues? Would you recommend an MRI cervical spine or any other evaluation?

I am 68 kgs and 5.1 feet married individual. My BP is 132/76 and sometimes 130/82. I get episodes of heart palpitations and a slight pain in left shoulder and arm. My ECG came normal. Even I don't have vitamin or mineral deficiencies. I have hypothyroidism and I'm using 88mcg thyronorm and tayo cal and vitamin d3 as suggested by my endocrinologist. My tsh right now is 3.9 and t3 is 79. I am planning to conceive so taking folvite 5mg from past 10 days. From past 3 to 4 days I'm suffering from dizziness, fatigue, and palpitations with slight pain. Even, my sleep is disturbed. Please give me some suggestions so I could maintain a good health.

Sir, My age is 34 years old.. Please find attached CBC done on May 2025, In last one year, i have done test thrice My Hemoglobin remains at 16.9 (in all last three reports) My RBC counts remains slight high above max range (two times in last three reports) Please let me know.. If My CBC is normal..and whether there is something to worry ? Which is Red marked...About if there is abnormal Blood cells counts ?... lymphocytes counts...? autoimmune disease..? Thickness of blood ?. By Mistake...I Googled about it...and it made me reached somewhere else...so I am in tension..please help me.. and also help me if any food intake is required. The weather is very hot in India as it's mid-June, and because of traveling, I'm feeling weak. Yesterday, I had loose motions, so I drank ORS and took 2 Metrogyl tablets — one in the morning and one at night. Today morning, my urine appeared dark yellow to orange. Is this normal? Is it because of Metrogyl or due to dehydration?
