Do Indian doctors prescribe oral minoxidil or only topical minoxidil? And when they go for oral minoxidil or topical minoxidil?

I was scratched by a stray cat on 20.05.2025, and The scratch slightly tore the skin, but it was not deep. The cat is not vaccinated . I washed the area with soap and water, and took a tetanus injection the next day.Until yesterday, the cat looked healthy, but now its eyes appear abnormal—possibly due to a fight with another cat. Since the cat's condition has changed and it is not vaccinated ,should I take a rabies vaccine like Rabivax-S for safety?

My pet dog who is vaccinated himself against rabbies 7-8 months ago bit me on my hand though it's a very small bite like only a drop of blood came out then I went for the vaccination next day(within 24 hrs after the bite) in government hospital and the 2nd shot was scheduled after 3 days which is today but they ran out of stock so told me to come tomorrow in the morning so is it fine to get it on the 4th day ?

Can you tell me the difference between Osmotic Laxatives and Stimulant Laxatives? Please mention the different use cases of these two types of Laxatives. Apart from these 2 Laxatives, are there any other kind of Laxatives? Are Stimulant Laxatives safe for long term ?

Today while I was traveling by a bus..a mental step in the bus and passed by me .she was drooling.. while she was passing by me a large drop of her drool fell on my hand..what is the reason for her drooling?..is it because of rabies??.. and chance of me getting infection for this reason??
