I am feeling light pain or sensation and pee pressure. While observing vagina for any changes or injuries I observed villi like structure on the inner lips of vagina. Sometimes I'm feeling little itchy there in vagina but not getting where exactly it's itching and light pain.

I suddenly had a painful armpit lump in my right armpit 4 days ago.Which was very painful and small.Now the pain reduced so much and only paining little bit when i touch the lump but its there and its firm to touch.Its feel medium bean shape.Is it concerning or normal?Should i wait few more days ?
