Hi!
A small, localized lymph node swelling under the jaw is often due to minor infections in the throat, tonsil, or nearby teeth. Since it’s been 5 days and you don’t have other symptoms like fever, pain, or redness, it may resolve spontaneously.
Apply warm compress twice daily.
Maintain oral hygiene and salt-water gargles.
Avoid touching the area repeatedly.
If the swelling increases, becomes painful, or lasts more than 10–14 days, you’ll need a short course of antibiotics and possibly an ultrasound of the neck to rule out reactive lymphadenitis or dental origin.

Hello
Usually when body has some other active infection, it does reflect in the lymph nodes. Especially if you have upper respiratory tract infections like cold and cough, fever, throat infection or dental infection then that can cause swollen lymph node.
So if it's because of some of the above mentioned reasons then it will subside slowly as the infection goes down. .

Lymph node swelling indicates that you might have acquired an infection. So if it is not painful, you can wait and see if it resolves on its own. Otherwise, it may require antibiotic course.

Augmentine duo625 three times a day after food for five to seven. Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days. Montek lc one at night for five days.
