Swollen lymph nodes in neck and groin
My friend has swollen lymph nodes in her neck and groin and the internet likes to tell me it is HIV which absolutely terrifies me and also does not seem realistic. Could these symptoms be caused by a common cold?

Hello.. Well enlargement of lymph nodes may be due to common cold, dental infection, and any other infection in the head area.. or realted to ENT...And grion region any parasitic infection, or viral infection too..We need more specific and detailed history..HIV would be a reason if all the history and symptoms suggest...Cannot plunge  into like that...Meet a physician
