Lymph Node TB
How common is Lymph Node and the MDR form of it in India? Also is relapse of Lymph node TB always MDR ?

Lymph node tuberculosis is commonly seen in India but MDR is not so common. In case of relapse MDR is definitely one of the possibilities but not all are due to MDR.
Ideally before starting ATT if you have got an Rapid AFB culture, GeneXpert test done then a diagnosis of MDR can be made and accordingly managed.
