Please get a CECT done to make a definitive diagnosis for the epigastrium mass. Since there is a gall stone it can be removed laproscopically. Pcos is also there.  Follow diet and lifestyle modifications. Go for a 30 minutes walk everyday. Do yoga. Have green leafy vegetables, fruits. Avoid junk food, fried food and fat rich meal Consult for further discipline

Hi    The USG report is inconclusive. You have to do CECT abdomen to confirm the diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is confirmed the appropriate treatment is required. Pseudocyst is a surgical emergency. The other diagnosis can be managed conservatively if no symptoms are present.
Next Steps
Kindly consult a Gastroenterologist or Gastrosurgeon with CECT abdomen report.

The configuration of the mass in the epigastric region suggests that it could be the gall bladder . A CECT is required. The total evaluation can be done by laparoscopy. Cholecystectomy can be done and the epigastric region explored by direct visualization.

Hello, I am Dr. Romain Rajan, General Physician. I understand your concern. The ultrasound shows a cystic lesion near the pancreas and liver region, along with gallstones and early changes of polycystic ovaries. The pain you had earlier could have been due to mild inflammation or temporary pressure from this cyst. Now that the pain has settled, it is a good sign, but this finding still needs proper evaluation. ✅ Advices • Please get a CECT abdomen scan done as advised. It helps confirm whether the cyst is a pancreatic pseudocyst or a mesenteric lymphangioma, both of which are usually benign. • Include more water, fruits, and fiber in your daily diet to regularize bowel movements. • Avoid fatty or heavy meals that can trigger gallbladder discomfort. What to Monitor • Watch for recurrence of upper abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting. • Note if you develop yellowish eyes, dark urine, or fever. Management You may continue light diet and plenty of fluids. For mild constipation, you can use Isabgol husk in warm water at bedtime. Please avoid self-medicating further until the CT scan clarifies the diagnosis. When to Consult a Doctor Immediately • Persistent or severe upper abdominal pain • Vomiting or inability to eat properly • Yellowish discoloration of eyes or urine • Abdominal swelling or high-grade fever Every patient’s situation is unique. For accurate diagnosis and lasting relief, it is important to discuss your medical history and reports in detail. 👉 You can reach out to me directly for this case, and also connect with me in future for any medical consultation. I am available on Practo or on WhatsApp at 85271646 seven seven for a one-on-one consultation, where you will receive: A personalized treatment plan Safe medicine adjustments if required Quick follow-ups to track your recovery Take care, wishing you good health. Best regards, Dr. Romain Rajan General Physician
