Stomach and upper abdominal pain
I have been having stomach and upper abdominal pain for the past 2 days, and I have been bloated alot with gas. What could it be?

Hi Pain in abdomen and stomach with bloating is very commonly found when there is a collection of gas in the stomach. Treatment involves anta-acids and laxatives to get rid of the bloating due to gas along with a high fiber diet.
