Hello doctor When i closed my eyes while standing i suddenly feel dizzy and not able to balance myself and fell down. If i stand with opening eyes i am stable ,but when i close my eyes while standing i feel dizzy. I have consulted several ent surgeons and neurologists All reports of mri of brain and hrct of ears are normal Plz help me in figuring out this problem Thanks

Hello doctor, I always feel like I'm falling and my head is spinning. I have pain in the left ear continuously but checked with ENT, the ear is completely normal. There is stiffness under the feet when I wake up in the morning and gradually reduce with activity. When I don't do any activity, the stiffness persists. Unable to focus on the moving objects. Hollow sound on the head always. BP is 60/100 and unmarried. Could you please let me know what these points to? Thank you.

I got scratched by a stray cat I feed regularly she has scratched me earlier too and I got the vaccine my 5 dose vaccine schedule completed on 16th july and today she scratched me again while playing it was on my finger and didn't bleed very much. I have cleaned it already and washed it with soap. Do I need to get vaccines again?

1) One person split on me and his saliva landed on my tongue after 5 minutes I rubbed my tongue with cloth. 2) Barber touched his mouth and while making my beard he put same hand on my lip. These two cases happened 5.5 months ago do now  I tested myself for hiv, hepatitis b and c all three result came negative. I already have herpes from many years.can I get any other disease because of these 2 above cases ?
