Hello My vitamin b12 is 185pg/ml and my vitamin d is 73 nmol/L How long is it safe to take ELFOLIN PLUS(2000mcg b12,25mg pyridoxine phosphate,2.8mg l methylfolate) daily + vitamin d60k weekly?

Whenever I shallow something its very painful to me like even drinking water and i have a fever from yesterday and whenever it gets night the pain becomes more painful in my neck even after taking painkiller it's not getting less

I am feeling body ache and fatigue since last 5-6 days, feels like I have fever but temperature is normal. Also, have constipation since last 3 days and I get little bit chills in the evening. If I woke up from sleep, it feels like I have zero energy.

I am facing some constant diarohhea since last 7 days and a stomach pain. Generally when the stomach pain occurs there occurs so much pressure to defecate. And also a constant loose motion us occuring. And of course the stomach pain occurs frequently but can be endured but uncomfortable since it is always painful to go frequently in washroom. Now with all the symptomos since yeaterday there is one more symptomo added that is pain and burning sensation while peeing in penis. Also since how many times I could go to the washroom the stomach pain remains and there is constant bloating since my bowel is not cleared fully and also there is side pain going on since last few days. Now some side pains is already there doctor told me to do usg since I feared about some kidney issues since the sides are nearby kidney. And doctor advised me to take rifaximin & metronidazole, which I am taking 2 times a day since 6 days but really no imorovements. symptomp matches with uti or gal stones but nofever

For the past 3 years infected by fever in every 30-40 days repeatedly.recently checked total blood counts which are normal. No weight loss or other symptoms.is to worry..? What I care for..?
