For mild to moderate scars , you can apply retinoid cream locally. For deeper scars you may need micro needling, laser carbon treatment.Consult a aesthetic dermatologist in your area
Hi! Mild pitted acne scars can be improved with consistent use of topical retinoids and skin-repair serums. You can start with:
Tretinoin 0.025% cream – apply a very small amount at night, 3–4 times/week initially.
Vitamin C serum (10–15%) – apply in the morning before sunscreen.
Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 50) daily — this is mandatory to prevent further damage.
For faster results, in-clinic procedures like microneedling with PRP, chemical peels, or fractional laser can visibly smoothen the scars in a few sessions.
Since the right plan depends on your exact skin type and scar depth, I’ll need to see your skin photos to guide you better and personalize the treatment.

Hi please consult dermatologist directly if you are worried. Lot of people have this issue of pitted scars post acne and there are newer peels and creams which reduce them but the best person to advise the same would be a dermatologist.
