From last two days I'm having mild pain under right arm pit. the pain is felt when the area is pressed. apart from it the armpit appears normal. I also generally have a problem of neck and shoulder pain especially on the right side only. is the armpit pain also caused due to it only ?

May be some radiculopathy. Your nerve roots from cervical area might be under friction or pressure. Get yourself physically examined by your family physician and act as advised.
