For the past 10 days i have very light eye bag under left eye that too noticeable in morning.. i have sinus pain for 15 days only if i bend( more pain on left side). I started to sleep without pillow for one week and after i saw eye bag i am using pillow for one week now. What may the cause for this eye bag ? What to do to treat this light eye bag?

During driving scooter my scooter passed over some liquid may be water , urine or saliva and on coming home I parked scooter inside where my 2 year girl roam bare feet. Later on while sleeping I touched her  feet and my mouth . Does this incident is a risk for Rabies infection or just my fear?
