Hi — thank you for sharing your details so clearly. Based on your symptoms and reports, let’s analyze what’s happening and how you can manage this safely Summary of your condition You’re a 25-year-old male with: Fever (up to 100°F for 2 days) Headache, body pain, leg and joint pain Nausea, loss of appetite Restlessness and mild anxiety Platelet count: 1.55 lakh (155,000) Most likely causes Based on this pattern and season, the top possibilities are: 1. Viral fever or early dengue infection – The mild drop in platelets (normal range 1.5–4.5 lakh) is common in viral infections. Dengue, chikungunya, or other seasonal viral fevers can cause leg pain, headache, and low-grade fever. 2. Viral myalgia (post-viral body ache) – Can cause joint and muscle stiffness even after fever subsides. 3. Dehydration, lack of rest, or anxiety – Anxiety can worsen restlessness and sleeplessness during any infection. So, at present, this looks like a viral or early dengue-like illness, not something dangerous — but you must monitor closely for 3–5 more days. What to do now 1. Hydration: Drink at least 3–3.5 liters/day — include coconut water, ORS, and soups. 2. Diet: Light, soft diet — khichdi, curd rice, fruits (papaya, banana). Avoid oily/spicy food. 3. Medicines: Tab Paracetamol 650 mg every 6–8 hours if fever or body pain. Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily before breakfast for gastric protection. Tab Levocetirizine 5 mg at night if body itching or restlessness worsens. Avoid painkillers like ibuprofen, diclofenac — they can lower platelets further. 4. Rest: Avoid gym, cardio, or heavy physical activity till full recovery. 5. Monitoring: Repeat CBC + Platelet count after 48 hours. If platelets drop below 1 lakh, or you develop red spots, bleeding gums, or abdominal pain, visit a hospital immediately. When to suspect dengue / serious infection High fever >102°F Severe abdominal pain Vomiting or bleeding Extreme weakness or drop in urine output If any of these occur, get NS1 antigen and dengue IgM test done immediately. Reassurance Right now, your situation doesn’t look dangerous — this is most likely a seasonal viral fever with mild platelet fall. With good hydration, paracetamol, and rest, recovery usually happens within 5–7 days. Your sleep and anxiety issues will also settle once the fever resolves. I can review your CBC report, temperature chart, and daily symptoms to guide you on whether it’s a simple viral, dengue, or another infection — and tell you exactly when to repeat tests or change treatment. You can message me directly on WhatsApp at nine three two six zero two zero five three six — send your lab report and a short note about your daily temperature and symptoms, and I’ll make a step-by-step recovery plan to help you recover quickly and safely.

Hello! Since the platelets are on the lower side , associated with fever .. we have to suspect any tropical infection ! And the second part regarding feeling over sleepy and tired can be of normal physiological response too , nothing to worry about ; we will look for thyroid functioning too as low thyroid levels may sometimes precipitate these kind of symptoms.
Next Steps
Get a repeat cbc done ( to look for platelets trend ) Get a Dengue ( NS1, igG , igM ) , Malaria antigen tests Get a Thyroid function tests done
Health Tips
Have plenty of oral fluids
