These symptoms are persistent with GERD - (gastro oesophageal reflux disease) . Causes for them include eating hot and spicy food , caffeine intake , smoking and alcohol consumption.
Next Steps
Avoid spicy and hot food and have plain bland diet till the wound heals If the symptoms persist can take antacids and proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole 40mg before food once a day.

Would be because of gerd. Take Nexpro 30 minutes before food in morning for 3 days. Avoid spicy foods. Avoid coffee and tea in empty stomach. Use more of curd and butter milk.
