Gastritis, Blocked Nose, & Chest Pain
Having problem of gastritis burping, left abdominal pain moves to heaviness in middle of chest, swelling inside right nostril, when take deep breath ear get closed, while sleep after sometimes heart beat fasten, feel shortness of breath, little cough, unable to sleep at night, motion problem 2-3 times. Suffering from it 10-15 days. No problem of weight loss, loss of appetite, & fever.

U suffer from gastritis which needs proper treatment. It may be due to various causes such as alcohol. Smoking and stress etc

Ur problem of raise in heart beat,  inability to sleep, little increase in motion frequency, and chest pain...mostly suggest anxiety now.. Ur acidity must have been addressed by ur gastroenterologist after endoscopy.. Use nasoclear nasal drops twice daily 2 drops in each nose for 5 days. ..try practising lung exercises
