Eat more fiber food... water contain in all curries and less oil... Avoid spicy, junk foods, fast food, pickles, samosa, pizza, burgers like etc... Change you life style diet.... Its cured permanent.... Tab.Pantop 40mg Early morning on empty stomach daily once for 5-7days.. Mucaine gel syrup also take it 20mins before lunch and dinner for 5days...
