Chest Pain & Gastritis Issue
Hello Everyone, I Have been facing the following symptoms: - Not so good bowel movements from the past 3 months, Bristol Stool Chart - Type 6. - Burping, Feeling fullness in the upper abdomen after every meal, from 2 weeks. - Chest pain which lasts a few mins which gets better if I shift position or burp from 2 weeks. - General feeling of sickness like no energy - Neck and Back Pain Issues which cause pain in arms and legs. I had a panic attack a few days ago because I thought I was having a heart attack because I had pain in the chest and left arm, so I visited the doctor and got an ECG done but nothing wrong he just gave me some antacids and pain killers for back pain. I'm diabetic and have BP but controlled, I take medication for this. I'm taking Pan-D before meals and antacids after but no improvement in digestion and this chest pains. Any advice?
