Errosive gastritis
I had stomach pain and burning and then I got endoscopy done in which it should and then I had scratch in my stomach and my dr diagnosed it as errosive gastritis due to stomach pain I had got 23-24 dynapar injection for 9 days after that I feel dizziness and tinnitus and blur vision is it due to side effect of dynapar injection?

Yes it is.
Light diet plenty of water n liquid.
No spicy food fast ,junk, outside food a big no.
Adopt vegitarian diet till u recover.
nexproRd40 one in empty stomach for two weeks.
MUCAIN GEL 10 ml without water nothing by mouth till 30 minutes three four times.
Results are there if u change the life style n diet plan drastically.
If pain unbearable
Tab meftal spas DS two times a day after food for three to five days or as required.

Dynapar injection is NSAID class of drug which should not be used to treat erosive gastritis.
Dynapar injection Is a COX inhibitor which inhibits release of prostaglandin which requires for production of stomach lining. Hence it aggravated your erosions didn’t help much.
