Was on rablet course for a month but did not help much. Of last few days a burning sensation in upper abdomen, and at time a very mild pain Which gets better after flataulence. And have feeling of naussea at times. belching has increased. Should i have to undergo endoscopy again? Is it anything to worry.

Better to get endoscopy done and know the underlying cause, for better management. Endoscopy done in skilled hands is safe.

There is no strict limit to how many endoscopies a person can undergo in their lifetime. …it can be reasonable to repeat an endoscopy, especially after 5+ years.
Next Steps
1) Repeat endoscopy: you could have developed new findings. 2) H. pylori testing. 3) Try different PPi fro 8 weeks consistently. 4) Diet and lifestyle changes.
Health Tips
Likely not serious, especially with: No weight loss No vomiting or bleeding No alarming changes Contact for further details.

No endoscopy needed just right now. If proper dietary modification is done with regular exercise, symptoms can decrease. If not: Tab Pan-D once daily before breakfast x 30 days Inv: Urea breath test If facing any issues like: Weight loss, black stools, pain in stomach associated with food intake, take immediate consultation from any doctor
