Thank you for sharing the report, but the image is not clearly readable at my end. Please upload a clearer photo of the full endoscopy report along with the biopsy or H. pylori result if it was taken, and also tell me your main complaints, since when they are present and what medicines you are already taking. In most upper GI endoscopies the common findings are gastritis, a hiatus hernia with reflux or a small ulcer, and these settle well with medicines and diet correction. Till we review it, you can start Tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg once a day, half an hour before breakfast, take small frequent meals, avoid spicy and oily food, tea on empty stomach, smoking, alcohol and painkillers, and do not lie down for 2 to 3 hours after eating. Please report urgently if you have vomiting of blood, black tarry stools, difficulty in swallowing, persistent vomiting, or unexplained weight loss, as these need immediate attention. You are welcome to consult me here (fee Rs 500) or at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj with the report for a detailed opinion.

U should be concerned about 2 things.
1. You are RUT positive.... Means you have got H pylori infection in your stomach. And it can be treatable with oral antibiotics course for 2 to 3 weeks duration.
2. A "PHG-like appearance" in the stomach refers to portal hypertensive gastropathy, a condition where the stomach lining shows a characteristic mosaic or "snake-skin" pattern caused by high blood pressure in the portal vein...... It can be due to liver cirrhosis. By any chance if you are alcoholic, refrain from it immediately.
In the 1st picture provided in your endoscopy, all the blood vessels are clearly visible..... If portal hypertension increases, there is a chance that they might bleed.
Seek help from a gastroenterologist at the earliest.
Stop alcohol intake immediately

There is gastritis, duodenitis caused most likely by H.pylori infection.
Phg like appearance indicates portal hypertension .
Please avoid fatty, spicy, food, heavy meals, excess of tea, coffee, alcohol in any amount.
Take small frequent meals.
Tab metronidazole 400mg one every morning and evening for 10 days.
Tab Clarithromycin 500mg one morning and one evening for 10 days.
Tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily morning and evening for 14 days.
For phg appearance in endoscopy, get ultrasound abdomen, liver function tests done and consult gastroenterologist offline.
