There is gastritis, duodenitis caused most likely by H.pylori infection.
Phg like appearance indicates portal hypertension .
Please avoid fatty, spicy, food, heavy meals, excess of tea, coffee, alcohol in any amount.
Take small frequent meals.
Tab metronidazole 400mg one every morning and evening for 10 days.
Tab Clarithromycin 500mg one morning and one evening for 10 days.
Tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily morning and evening for 14 days.
For phg appearance in endoscopy, get ultrasound abdomen, liver function tests done and consult gastroenterologist offline.
