It's Allergic Rhinitis. Don't worry, it takes time but it gets better also. You can start with Montair FX for 7 days, once a day, before sleeping at night. Rest you can consult if you don't get better.

Tab monteleukast 10mg one daily for 7 days. Do regular steam inhalation with karvol capsule 2 to 3 times daily. Use face mask while outdoors. While sleeping,  you can put nasivion nasal drops 2 drops in each nostril. Start doing regular pranayam. Hello, your symptoms suggest allergic rhinitis with eye involvement. This can cause sneezing, nose block, watery eyes, irritation, and morning headache.
Next Steps
Try to avoid dust, strong smells, and allergens as much as possible. Wash your face and eyes with clean water after coming indoors. Use a saline nasal spray to relieve nose block. An antihistamine prescribed by a doctor can help with sneezing and eye irritation.
Health Tips
Since your symptoms are daily and affecting your concentration, it is best to consult an ENT or physician for proper examination and treatment.
