Headache with heaviness in eyes
Headache with heaviness in eyes which increases towards night and early morning and decreses in a day and also sometimes after having tea or coffee fatigue is also there and bowel movement is slow and I feel feeling of giddiness after food

Your basic fatigue symptoms can be due to decrease in haemoglobin. I would advise you to get a blood test done for CBC and start taking tab zincovit 1 tab daily.
