Loss of appetite after viral fever
Sir,
Last week my mom had cold and mild fever for a day. We met GP and he advised 200 mg antibiotic and fever tablets.
Fever was down in a day but she is not feeling to eat anything just eats for the sake of eating... now she is coughs frequently.
She don't have any other problems no body pain no fever but loss of appetite.
GP suggested for Platelet and Dengue tests.
Please let me know.

I can understand your concern.
Your doctor has already prescribed you some tests and you are still asking what to do.
Isn't it clear.
Get the tests done.
And get it checked out by your doctor as advised.
